They have a very good understanding of what to test for and how to increase range of motion and strength in the golf swing. I have been working out 5 to 6 days a week for over 18 months to did not make any real progress in reference to mobility, flexibility, and body strength. I First heard about Par 4 Success on Sirius XM. I decided to give the program a try. I’m remote and us the App with consultation from my trainer Josh, he is really focused helping me improve. It is difficult to find a golf specific program that is tailored to what I need to work on to improve rather than just a general golf work out. I thought I was in better shape than I was before starting the workouts. I can feel improvements already after just two weeks in the program. I’m looking forward to the upcoming golf season
