What our
Customers Say

So far so good. The workouts and stretches make a lot of sense when it comes to strength and mobility for golf. Josh has been very helpful and quick to respond to my many questions. I can already see improvements in my range of motion after 2 weeks and I look forward to the next 7 or 8. Thanks everyone and I would definitely recommend to anyone especially if you are looking for that extra something

I signed up with Par4Success to see what they could do to help my golf game. I'm a pretty fit 65 year old guy that does CrossFit (top 10% in the world), so I was a "doubting thomas" if a remotely administered "exercise program" could improve my game. Working with Matty Golden, we set on a course to to gather baseline "golf fitness metrics" and continuously monitor those through a multiweek exercise program specifically focused on explosive power.

Par4Success has been a superb addition to my off-season training program. The app is excellent as a place to view my workouts and to communicate with my trainer Tyler. Monthly face-to-face check-ins are great and helpful for a clarification of any questions I have on technique. I am getting stronger, and can’t wait to see how much my play improves this season!

I recently finished a 3 month training program guided by Tyler Johnson at Par4Success and I am very happy with the results. In a short period of time I saw increased strength which lead to a 3mph jump in swing speed and a reduction in post round/practice shoulder pain. Tyler helped me to understand what exercises and programming were needed to create more explosive power and even provided me with additional tips to use once my program ended. I highly recommend Par4Success if you are looking to improve you speed and mobility!

I have been working out 5 to 6 days a week for over 18 months to did not make any real progress in reference to mobility, flexibility, and body strength. I First heard about Par 4 Success on Sirius XM. I decided to give the program a try. I’m remote and us the App with consultation from my trainer Josh, he is really focused helping me improve. It is difficult to find a golf specific program that is tailored to what I need to work on to improve rather than just a general golf work out. I thought I was in better shape than I was before starting the workouts. I can feel improvements already after just two weeks in the program. I’m looking forward to the upcoming golf season

They have a very good understanding of what to test for and how to increase range of motion and strength in the golf swing. The program is very personalized despite my location being too far to participate in person locally. All of my workouts are coordinated through one of their staff members and an app I use on my phone. The app allows me to send videos and pictures of my exercises. My assigned trainer leaves me comments and advice on how to improve my form. I have been getting feedback within 24 hrs, sometimes sooner. I could 't be happier with how things are going in my 1st 2 weeks!
