About Us

Our Mission

To be the best in the world at giving golfers longevity in the game. Longevity is defined as being able to play golf at whatever level the golfer deems enjoyable for as long as they wish and requires:

  • Certain physical characteristics
  • A certain level of speed
  • A certain level of skill
  • Certain equipment that matches their skill and physical characteristics
  • Being pain-free

We will do this by:

  1. Using data and research to find the
    most efficient ways to guarantee
    longevity
  2. Delivering our services with the
    convenience of Amazon and service
    level of Augusta.

Our Entrepreneurial Story…

Par4Success started in the back of Chris Finn’s car with nothing more than a treatment table, bands and a dream of providing better service and results to golfers in early 2013.

The first actual facility has become affectionately known as “the shed” and was located at Hillandale Golf Course in Durham, NC. It was opened in late 2013. It was only 20×20, but after renovations, it became more space than we needed especially since it was located directly on the driving range.

A year later we had outgrown “the shed” and moved to Cary and sublet from an Athletic Performance Facility in Cary, Athletic Lab. We had a 20×25 space of our own with a hitting bay and treatment table (and our own bathroom!), our own 5×8 office and were lucky to share the beautiful training space that Mike Young and his team had. Here we were able to start to grow our membership until 12 months later we had outgrown our space and found it time to move to our new 5,000 square foot facility in 2015.

In 2016 & 2018, we were selected to be a featured speaker at the World Golf Fitness Summit, hosted by Titleist. The WGFS is the worlds largest golf performance industry show in the world. We have taught thousands of medical, fitness, and golf professionals about our extensive research.

In 2018, we were selected by the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program as a business poised for growth. Chris Finn graduated in spring 2018 as a Babson College graduate, which includes many research platforms and opportunities for continued growth through it’s impressive alumni network.

We attribute our success to believing in doing things differently and challenging the status quo in golf, fitness and health care. We always put our golfers, clients and members ahead of our bottom line and promise to always go above and beyond your expectations when it comes to results and service.

Since 2020, we are honored to be consistently named the Golf Digest Top 50 Golf Fitness Trainers in the USA behind Chris Finn and the hard work our entire team has put in to understanding how to help golfers play longer, hit it longer and do it all without pain.

Come experience the Par4Success difference today!
