Q: Can I use the gym with my membership?

A: Absolutely! We love seeing our members utilizing the gym space for their workouts, and it’s a great way to get to know other staff members as well around the facility. There is always a friendly face willing to offer form advice or say hello! Our open gym hours are generally from 10am-12pm Monday through Friday, and 1pm-4pm on Monday through Thursday. If those times do not work for you, connect with your PT and we can direct you to the best days and times to come in!

Q: Do you have any swing instructors that you work with?

A: Yes, we work with all of the top swing instructors in the Triangle and around North Carolina! If you are in need of a swing instructor, please ask, and we can give you the best recommendation based on your learning style as well as any distance constraints you might have.

Q: What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

A: You have many convenient options for rescheduling. First, you can use the features on Acuity to find a time that works for you – look out for appointment reminders 48 and 12 hours in advance of your appointment, and you can reschedule then. Feel free to also call our office at 919-377-2084, email schedule@par4success.com, or even reply to the Acuity Appointment reminder to get in contact directly with your PT.

Q: If I have questions between sessions, how do I contact my pt?

A: The easiest way to connect with your PT is via email. A big reason why we do things the way we do is so that we have time to dedicate to responding to questions you have between sessions.

Q: I would like to submit my visits for potential insurance reimbursement - how do I do that?"

A: If you would like to submit sessions with your PT to your insurance company for potential reimbursement as an “out of network” provider, we can provide you with a Superbill. This Bill lists all the medical codes and facility codes you need to submit to your insurance. A word of wisdom – having done this hundreds of times, do not be surprised if your insurance company provides resistance by responding that this Bill does not include information they need to process the claim. We promise that this Bill DOES include all the necessary information to submit for insurance reimbursement. Sadly, depending on which insurance agent reads your claim, they may or may not understand the “out of network” reimbursement process. Simply resubmit the paperwork until it is accepted – we promise!!

Q: Can I use an HSA or FSA account for my membership or package?

A: Yes, all services with your licensed Physical Therapist can be covered by an HSA card or an FSA account since they are medical services. You can either provide your HSA Card information to be charged, or you can reimburse yourself from your HSA Account for these services. The regular bills we provide is appropriate documentation for these HSA Charges.

A: How do I connect with you on social media, or get more information about your research?"

We are active on all forms of social media! Look up Par4Success on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. We have an active YouTube channel that posts informative videos once a week on various topics – these topics usually come from questions we get from our members! We also do bi-weekly webinars that discuss our latest research findings that are only open to current, active members! That way, you are getting the best information out there as quickly as possible.
