Golf Performance Coach (Remote)

Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Golf Performance Coach at P4S Golf. The Golf Performance Coach will be responsible for developing and implementing customized, data-driven fitness and performance programs tailored to the individual needs, movement profiles, and goals of golfers. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough mobility and power assessments, designing and coaching mobility, strength, and speed-focused training programs, instructing clients on proper exercise execution, and guiding them through structured routines that translate directly to on-course performance and consistency.
Qualifications:
– Proficiency in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction
– Experience in Strength/Mobility Coaching
– Knowledge in Nutrition to support client health and performance goals
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement
– Ability to tailor programs based on individual client needs and physical capabilities
– Certification in personal training, fitness instruction, or a relevant field
– Experience golfing or working with athletes or individuals in sports-related fitness is a plus

Golf Performance Coach (In-person)
Role
As a P4S Golf Performance Coach, your job is to give every P4S Golf Athlete an amazing experience and help them get great results. You will work closely with each client to make sure they get top-level service, just like at Augusta National Golf Club. You will use science-based programs to help them get stronger, more flexible, faster and reduce pain.
To be a high level P4S Golf Performance Coach, you need to be great at working with clients in a one on one and group setting, solving problems, answering questions, and finding ways to improve their experience. You’ll also need to think critically, speak well with clients and teammates, and stay positive.
You are the main person clients will talk to during their training, so it’s important to keep a “can do” attitude and make sure they have everything they need to succeed throughout their time with us.
Responsibilities
Client Assessments & Program Design:
- Conduct initial fitness assessments designed by P4S to evaluate clients & current fitness levels, identify their goals, and understand any limitations or injuries.
- Create customized training programs based on clients& goals, fitness levels, and preferences, incorporating a variety of exercises to keep workouts engaging and effective.
- Regularly monitor client progress and adjust training programs as needed to ensure they are continuously challenged and improving.
Coaching & Instruction:
- Provide one-on-one or small group training sessions, offering guidance on proper exercise techniques and form to prevent injury and maximize results.
- Demonstrate exercises, explain the benefits of each movement, and ensure that clients are performing exercises correctly.
- Offer encouragement, motivation, and feedback throughout each session, fostering a supportive and engaging environment.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support, advice, and encouragement to help them stay committed to their fitness goals.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing any concerns or challenges they may face during their fitness journey.
- Track and record client progress, including fitness milestones and goal achievements, and celebrate successes.
Health & Safety:
- Ensure all workouts are conducted in a safe manner, adapting exercises as needed to accommodate injuries or limitations.
- Stay current on safety protocols and equipment usage to minimize the risk of injury during workouts.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of training areas and equipment, reporting any safety concerns or issues.
Professional Development:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, research, and techniques, and incorporate new methods into training programs.
- Continuously expand knowledge by attending workshops, obtaining certifications, and staying current with continuing education requirements.
Sales & Client Retention:
- Assist in attracting new clients by conducting free consultations, offering introductory training sessions, and promoting the benefits of personal training.
- Help clients understand the value of ongoing training, building long-term relationships to ensure high client retention rates.
- Support marketing efforts by promoting personal training services, contributing content to social media, or attending community events (if applicable).
Requirements
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
- Certified personal trainer through a nationally recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA).
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor.
- Experience working with a variety of clients, from beginners to advanced fitness levels.
- Knowledge of exercise science, fitness programming, and injury prevention.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Ability to design creative and effective workouts tailored to individual client needs.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and schedules.
- A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for health and fitness.

Physical Therapist
Role
At P4S Golf, we are dedicated to improving the longevity of our clients through personalized care, innovative treatment, and evidence-based practices. Our team is passionate about helping individuals recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and achieve optimal physical performance. We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team and provide exceptional patient care.
The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a wide range of physical challenges, including injuries, post-surgical recovery, chronic conditions, and mobility issues. You will develop customized treatment plans to help patients regain their strength, mobility, and independence. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and support throughout their recovery journey.
Responsibilities
- Conduct P4S Golf’s assessments to diagnose patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations. Review medical histories and perform physical examinations to understand each patient’s unique needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, patient goals, and best practices. Adjust plans as needed based on patient progress and response to therapy.
- Administer physical therapy treatments to patients using a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and equipment.
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques to manage their conditions and promote long-term health, including exercises, posture improvement, and injury prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure the best possible outcomes. Provide patients with regular updates on their progress.
- Encourage and motivate patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals, fostering a positive and supportive therapeutic environment.
- Ensure that all treatments adhere to ethical and legal standards, including those set by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and relevant licensing boards.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with patients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
