Juniors

We Train to Win Majors

Our Junior Program focuses on the long term athletic development of our golfers.

We work in small groups of no more than 6 students to 1 coach and they are able to come as many times during the week as they can.

We retest facility wide every 12-16 weeks in order to assure that progress is being made and your junior is getting EXACTLY what they need. 

Every Junior has their own individual program based off the findings from the initial assessment which is also updated as often as needed.

Our junior golf fitness program focuses on building the foundations for elite athletes with elite skills to rise to the forefront of the international sporting world.

Winning tournaments in Middle and High School is great, but building a strong foundation is the much stronger predictor of success later in life.
