To get the most out of your golf fitness program, you must be integrating what you are working on physically with high quality golf instruction. We work with all instructors regardless of their affiliation but have noted a few characteristics in background and philosophy that quantitatively generate the best results.
Golf Instructors who have a keen understanding of the physicality of the golf swing and how biomechanics are affected by physical limitations and physical improvements are best able to achieve peak performance and pain free golf through the development of the most efficient and effective golf swing for you.

Dona is a Master Kids Teacher & Class A member of LPGA Teaching & Club Professionals. 100% of her energy is focused on teaching golf to folks of all ages. Dona is a Top 50 Teacher as awarded by USKids Golf, HS Coach of the Year 2006, 2009, 2011 & 2012. She has been the LPGA Teacher of the Year nominee 2010, 2011, 2012 & 2013 & LPGA Jr Leadership Award nominee 2011, 2012 & 2013. She is both enthusiastic & creative in her teaching style and passionate about golf and about sharing the game with everyone. Dona is a true advocate for the growth of the game through Junior Golf.
Kathy is a Class A member of the LPGA. She brings tremendous energy and enthusiasm to the lesson tee and a wealth of competitive playing experience. She received a BS degree from NC State University in Recreation and Park Administration and completed a 3-season full internship at Pine Needles Lodge & Golf Club under the watchful eye of Mrs Peggy Kirk Bell. During her internship Kathy served as an instructor for Women’s & Junior “Golfaris” at Pine Needles. Kathy was credited with successfully organizing the first Women’s Basketball Club at NC State, which ultimately transitioned into the NCAA Team coached by the late Kay Yow. She was the Assistant Women’s Intramural Director and played on the first NC State Women’s Golf team for Coach Sykes.
Matt Reagan is the Junior Academy Director at MacGregor Downs Golf Club in Cary,NC. Matt began his junior coaching career in upstate New York where he taught and worked at Willow Creek Golf Club as well as Turning Stone Resort. Matt’s passion for coaching junior golfers sparked In 2009 when he began teaching full time at the Adventure Golf Academy in Chanhassen, MN. Matt return to Keith Hills Golf Club in 2009 to finish his degree at Campbell University and also fill the role as the Head Professional. It is here Matt teamed up with fellow PGA Professional Ryan Dailey and co-founded iGrow Golf. iGrow Golf believes to grow the game we need to develop skilled golfers. To do this iGrow utilizes the Operation 36 Junior Development Platform to grow long-term academies at local golf facilities. For the last 6 years Matt has launched and grown successful junior golf academies at 4 locations in the triangle that utilize the Operation 36 Junior Development Platform. He is happy to call MacGregor Downs his home and excited to play his part in developing skilled junior golfers in the area.
Ryan has been coaching junior golfers since 2001. He has used his playing experience in junior golf, college golf and the professional ranks to mentor his current students. His coaching career began alongside Tim Cusick, PGA at the Hank Haney Golf Ranch in McKinney, TX. With Tim, he helped to run one of the largest junior golf programs in the country. Upon graduation, Ryan accepted a position as a Lead Coach with GolfTEC in Dallas, TX. At GolfTEC he taught over 2,000 lessons using their state of the art body motion measuring system. In 2007, Ryan accepted the Assistant Director position with the PGA Golf Management Program at Campbell University. He taught classes on Junior Golf Development, Golf Fitness, Club fitting and Teaching/Coaching to future PGA Professionals. His mentors in coaching include Tim Cusick, David Orr, Mike Bennett, Andy Plummer, Dana Dahlquist, Brian Creghan and Trackman. In 2009, Ryan and Matt Reagan, PGA began iGrow Golf. Starting with 0 junior golfers they have built one of the premier junior golf academy’s in the state at Keith Hills Golf Club. Ryan has been fortunate to have some hard working and dedicated students that have participated and won local, regional, national and international competitions.
